The tea will melt all the pounds…don’t be lazy, the result will not keep waiting :)

Ingredients:

- 1.5 l of boiling water
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Dec. spoon leaf green tea
- 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1 Dec. L. fresh honey

Preparation:

Mint is optional, but it softens the sharpness of ginger
1. Ginger cut coarsely
2. In a thermos combine all the ingredients and pour boiling water, tightly close the flask and stir. Leave to infuse for 30 mins and you can drink
Recommend 1.5 l of tea to drink throughout the day, although you can replace the morning coffee. It is not advisable to drink this tea before bed because ginger has tonic properties, and green tea diuretic. Pounds not a desirable escape, the deficiency decreases immunity and increases well-being all day is great.
