Eight exercises against cervical degenerative disc disease

The first manifestation of cervical degenerative disc disease - back pain, headaches, dizziness, floaters in eyes, hearing loss or noises, and swaying while walking in breach of coordination.

To avoid this, we offer simple exercises that will help you win the degenerative disc disease and preserve health.

1. Lower chin to the neck. Turn your head first 5 times right, then 5 times to the left.

2. Slightly lift your chin. Again, turn your head to the right 5 times, then left 5 times.

3. Tilt your head to the right, trying to get the ear to shoulder 5 times, then left 5 times.

4. Head straight. Overcoming the resistance of the tight muscles of the neck to press the chin to the jugular fossa. The top of the head while growing up.

5. Push your forehead into your palm and tighten the neck muscles. Exercise run 3 times for 7 seconds..

Exercises against dizziness with cervical osteochondrosis

Repeat each exercise at first 3-4 times. Gradually increase the number of repetitions.
