1. “Owls” absolutely contraindicated coffee for Breakfast!

Any kind of tea is uplifting and will allow you to Wake up. For Breakfast it is best to eat cottage cheese (from 1 to 9%) with a banana or kiwi, milk or natural yogurt. If the cheese you get bored, you can replace buckwheat, oats, millet, pearl barley or barley porridge.

2. As desserts, you can use bananas, melons, peaches, persimmons, apricots, mango.

3. Drink sufficient water. Very often the sense of thirst can be confused with hunger.

4. “Owls” you can dine at 15.00. Start with soups and then continue the meal with vegetables with fish or poultry, grilled or baked couple.

5. Snack between main meals. It can be tea or sweet and sour fruits like orange, grapefruit, apples, pomegranate, kiwi, plums, or tangerines.

6. For dinner choose from beef, Turkey or seafood. Complete dinner spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, onion, greens and all kinds of cabbage.

Those who go to bed after midnight, I can afford dinner and at 21.00. For a couple of hours before bedtime, drink chamomile tea or warm milk.

Dietary Ratatouille

Ingredients:
Eggplant 1 piece
Zucchini 1 piece
Sweet pepper 1 PC
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Lemon juice 3 tbsp.

Garlic 3 tooth.
Chili pepper 0.5 piece
Basil, dill
Olives 5 PCs
Salt to taste
Olive oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation:
Eggplant, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes cut into slices. Eggplant and zucchini in sea salt (quite a bit). Put in greased with olive oil form, alternating each vegetable.
To make the sauce: mix the garlic, pushed through a press, finely chopped hot pepper, finely chopped dill, Basil and oil. Add a little salt.
Lubricate sauce the vegetables, cover the form with foil and place in a preheated 180C oven for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the vegetables with lemon, sprinkle with cheese and again put into the oven for another 15 minutes (without the foil).
Once the Ratatouille is ready - let it stand, covered for 15 minutes.

Dietary seafood salad with rice noodles

Ingredients
100g rice (glass) noodles
200g of shrimps without heads
100g of meat mussels
1 chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm of ginger root
1 tsp sesame oil
olive oil
green onions
parsley
sesame seed
½ Lemon
soy sauce

Method of preparation
1. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Lightly fry in olive oil. Add seafood and continue to cook until evaporation of moisture. If the shrimp were not cooked then put them on the pan for 3-4 minutes before mussels
2. Once the juice from the seafood evaporate pour into the pan with the lemon juice. Being evaporated by 2/3.
3. Remove from heat. Add the sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy sauce to taste.
4. The glass noodle for 15 minutes fill with boiling water. Water drain off.
5. Mix the noodles and seafood. Allow to stand for. Decorate with greens.
