Destroy the autumn Blues with medicinal plants.

Someone bites in a bad mood chocolate, some pill, some people try to cope with it with the help of spirits.

There are many simple and affordable means to get rid of fatigue and depression.

1. Very good anti-depressant is St. John’s wort, it can be brewed (1 tablespoon per Cup of boiling water) and drink as tea ¼ Cup 3-4 times a day with honey or sugar.

2. Women in the age-of-tea from the flowers of hawthorn, chamomile and St. John’s wort (1:1:1). One teaspoon collection pour a glass of boiling water, steep 15-20 minutes, strain. Drink this tea slowly, as if savoring every mouthful.

3. Nervous exhaustion and weakness are advised to drink the infusion of herbs knotweed: 1 tablespoon of herb brewed Cup of boiling water, before taking food.

6. In case of a breakdown and diseases of the nervous system will allow gentian lung: 2 tsp chopped herbs and roots, pour a glass of water, boil for 10 minutes, cool slightly. Drink ½ Cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

7. A good remedy for depression and fatigue “water of the Carmelites”: 10 g of dried lemon balm leaves pour a liter of vodka, add 1 g of crushed Angelica root pharmacy, the peel of one lemon, a pinch of ground nutmeg and coriander seeds, 2 dried Bud of the clove. Insist 2 weeks, strain and pour into a bottle. Drink 15 drops 3 times a day, along with tea.

And don’t forget about diet:
fatty, starchy foods will only exacerbate a bad mood. But fruits and vegetables, on the contrary, will help to renew the spirit.
