The regular consumption of grapefruits will allow you to obtain the necessary daily dose of vitamin C.

During the grapefruit diet should abandon salt, sauces and spices (except red pepper). Meat - only lean, fish - lean. You can use canned, but only in its own juice.

Between meals you can drink a glass of kefir, but only in case of particularly painful hunger and not in the night; you can eat an Apple or an orange and 1 times a day teaspoon of honey to green tea. Allowed natural coffee without sugar.

Grapefruit diet. Menu

1 day

Breakfast: grapefruit juice without sugar or 1 grapefruit; 2 slices lean ham, 25 g, coffee or tea (without sugar).
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 250 g of vegetable salad fill with lemon juice (any vegetables, except potatoes and corn) and sprinkle with herbs; coffee or tea.
Dinner: 150 g boiled (fried or grilled) lean meat; 200 g of green salad with lemon juice; tea with honey.

Day 2

Breakfast: grapefruit juice without sugar or 1 grapefruit; 2 boiled eggs; coffee or tea (without sugar).
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 50 grams of cheese fat content of 20-30% or low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner: 200 g of fish (boiled or grilled); a large portion of green salad vegetables (cucumber, cabbage, broccoli, lettuce, peppers, etc.), sprinkle with mixture of 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil; 20 g of black bread.

Day 3

Breakfast: grapefruit juice without sugar, or 1 grapefruit, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal or muesli with 1 tablespoon of raisins, 2-3 chopped nuts (except peanuts) and 4 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt or milk.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, Cup of vegetable soup or a transparent broth with two crackers. Dinner: 200g chicken breast (grilled or boiled); 2 baked tomatoes; at bedtime eat half a grapefruit.

Day 4

Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice, 1 boiled egg; tea with lemon.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, a big portion of salad from carrots or green vegetables, sprinkle with mixture of lemon juice and olive oil; a piece of bread or toast.
Dinner: 400 g of boiled or steamed vegetables (zucchini, cabbage, beets, carrots, celery); tea; before going to sleep - fresh grapefruit or juice.

Day 5

Breakfast: fruit salad of Apple, grapefruit and orange; coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: 1 large baked potato; 200 g of salad from green vegetables or cabbage.
Dinner: 200 g lean beef or 250 g chicken Breasts or 250 g of fish fillet; tomato juice or baked tomatoes; before you go to sleep or grapefruit juice.

6 and 7 day

Choose any menu from the above.
The only hard limit for Grapefruit diet - don’t eat after seven in the evening.

Grapefruit diet is contraindicated for people with gastritis and gastric ulcer.
