Meatballs minced chicken with cabbage, stewed in tomato sauce

Minced chicken (better in half - fillet + chicken red meat) - 350 g;
Head cabbage (chopped) - 70-80 g;
Egg - 1 PC;
Baton white - 3 scrap.;
Salt, sugar, spices, black pepper (to taste) ;
Semolina - 2 tbsp;
Fresh tomatoes - 2 PCs;
Onions (minced - 1 piece, gravy - 0,5 PCs) - 1,5 PCs;
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp;
Water (or broth) - 250 ml;
Bay leaf - 2 PCs;
Garlic - 2 tooth.;
Vegetable oil (for frying) ;
Flour (for breading) ;

Prepare the minced meat, ground chicken meat in a meat grinder together with onions.

Cabbage finely chop, then chop, a little salt and mash with hands. Add sauerkraut to meat mixture. Salt, sprinkle with spices and pepper.

Well the mince mix, add the egg.

Also add to the minced semolina and soaked in milk or water and squeezed the loaf. Again the stuffing mix thoroughly.

Wet hands to form cutlets, roll them in flour. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil, until Golden brown on two sides, on medium heat.
