Grandma's elixir of youth and strength!

This recipe was taught to me by my grandmother,who is still healthy and in their 92,feels great, and even goes to travel by train on long distance alone!!!

THE ELIXIR OF YOUTH RECIPE

The grandmother advises to do so.

In the spring,when blooming rose,you need to collect the petals,you need about a Cup of petals,can be a bit bigger. Fresh petals need to quickly rinse in cold water and arrange in layers in a jar,which is pre-sterilized.Each layer of petals need to fill with honey,cover and put in refrigerator for 1 month.A month later, the elixir of youth is ready.

It should be consumed with tea and 1 tsp 3 times a day,treatment course is about one month.

In the composition of the elixir, add the petals of Apple flowers,the quality of the elixir will only improve!!!
And in the fall we prepare the elixir from the fruit,rosehips, cleaned from the bones,and very finely mince, mix with honey and insist month!

Our family can confirm that one week after taking this elixir of youth,is witnessing a surge of strength and energy,there is courage.We’ve forgotten what it means to be sick with colds,and looking at the grandmother,not even doubt that this is exactly the elixir of youth!!!

And yet,this honey can be added to facial masks,and the petals of rose in cakes!
