1 - Clean hands. This means not taking more than. It also means the fortieth, tenth or other part of income that should be given to those who need it.
2 - Clean the ears. This means not to listen to people frightened, angry, fussy etc., as well as to protect your hearing from profanity, gossip and idle talk.
3 - Clean the eyes. This means to protect eyes from hatred, anger, envy and lust.
4 - Cleanliness of the mouth. This means to protect your mouth from unnecessary verbiage and profanity. Silence is Golden.
5 - Purity of body and clothes. This means to keep body and clothes clean.
6 - Purity of thoughts. This means to remove the head from the negative thoughts and evil thoughts. It also means not to show pity for oneself. Why should I spare myself? Isn’t it better to cheer yourself up for bright beginnings?
7 - purity of the soul and heart. This means care for and protect their emotional outbursts and not ignore them. Love without expecting anything in return. Love is in itself happiness
