Mysterious yogi tea

Yogi tea is extremely useful. If you taste it once you won’t be able to refuse it. This is my opinion, of course, but you decide.

Spices, perfectly combined in this tea will help you cleanse the blood, improve digestion, to restore the nervous system and physical strength, protects against colds and flu, lift your spirits. Want to get more powerful cleaning effect, can refuse food for 3 days, replacing it with this tea. You need to drink from 10 to 21 cups of tea a day yoga.

Yogi tea tastes great and can be a great substitute for morning coffee, thanks to its energetic effect.

What you need:
9 buds cloves
9 pieces of cardamom
1 stick cinnamon
4 teaspoons of turmeric
5-10 teaspoons of ginger
0.5 teaspoon of good black tea

Preparation:
1. The dosage of the spices can be changed at will, i.e. to vary the taste. Maybe something you want to put more, something less.

2. All the ingredients ( except for the tea. Tea is added at the end) to put in boiling water (2 liters). Boil on slow heat for 5 minutes. Add 1 Cup milk and bring to a boil. If desired, you can add a little milk.

Drink vprikusku with honey and always be healthy.
