Chicken in Chinese with vegetables

Ingredients:
Chicken fillet 350 g
Red bell pepper 100 g
Green bell pepper 200 g
Onions 100 g
Carrots 150 g
Soy sauce 5 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tsp.

Preparation:
1. Chicken fillet wash, give water to drain, cut into cubes the size of a finger.
2. Onion peeled, cut into wedges in the direction of the fibers.
3. Sweet pepper wash, cut into strips.
4. Carrots wash, peel, chop not thin rings.
5. Preheat the pan, pour in her olive oil. Once the oil is hot, throw the pieces of chicken. Sauté while stirring for 2-3 minutes until the meat turns white and sometimes are brown.
6. In the pan consistently, every 2 - 3 minutes, while continuously stirring, add first the carrots, then onions, then bell pepper. Fry 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat, not allowing the contents of the pan to stew.
7. To join in a Cup of soy sauce with the honey until dissolved last. Add honey to the sauce if the sauce has a pronounced sweet taste.
8. Pour sweet soy sauce into the pan, fry the contents for 2 - 3 minutes.
