What foods are bad for Breakfast?

Doctors have found that many popular Breakfast foods in the morning bring not benefit, but harm. Scientists are “branded” and yogurt, and bananas, and oranges, and many other healthy menu.

Eat vegetables and fruit on an empty stomach is not recommended for a number of reasons. For example, daily consumption of Breakfast bananas can cause a disruption of the balance between magnesium and potassium, resulting in cardiovascular diseases. Citrus cause gastritis, and some and even allergies. Abuse of the tomatoes and persimmons can lead to the formation of gastric stone. Cabbage, cucumbers, garlic and pepper irritates the gastric mucosa. And potatoes for Breakfast will not give you a cheerful start to the day because it creates heaviness in the stomach.

Which caused the anger of nutritionists yogurt? It turns out that yogurt eaten on an empty stomach, simply lose their useful properties. It is better to eat them in the evening (just before sleep) or 2 hours after meals at any time of the day.

The doctors did not advertise the waiver of Breakfast. On the contrary, they insist that Breakfast is a must for a healthy start to the day. However, it should be a porridge (buckwheat, oatmeal, etc.) and some milk or cottage cheese.
