METHODS OF IMPROVING VISION

The ancient system of gymnastic exercises included in a variety of eye movement, activating blood circulation around the eyes and the brain. After these exercises, people feel much more alert. These exercises are good at relieving mental fatigue (based relief - the reciprocal relationship between the oculomotor nerve and nerve cells of brain vessels), helping to improve near eye muscles to maintain elasticity of skin, delay its aging.

Here are some exercises:
Tightly close and wide open eyes 5-6 times in a row every 30 seconds.
To look up, down, right, left, without turning his head.
Rotate eyes in a circle: down, right, up, left and back.

Exercises do while sitting, repeating every 3-4 times every 1-2 minutes. The total duration of employment 10 to 15 minutes. Exercises 2 and 3, it is recommended to do not only open but also with closed eyes.

Complex for tired eyes:
1.Runs sitting. Hard to close your eyes tight for 3-5 seconds, then open them for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 6-8 times. Exercise strengthens the muscles of eyelids, helps to improve circulation and relax the eye muscles.

2.Runs sitting. Fast blink for 1-2 minutes. Helps improve blood circulation.

3.Is performed standing.
- look straight ahead 2-3 seconds;
- put the thumb at a distance of 25-30 cm from the eye;
- translate the gaze on the tip of your finger and look at it for 3-5 seconds;
- lower the arm.
Repeat 10-12 times. Reduces eye fatigue, facilitates visual work at close range. Those who use glasses or lenses, perform this exercise without removing them.

4.Runs sitting.
- close the eyelids;
- massage in circular movements of the fingers within 1 minute. Relaxes muscles and improves circulation.

5.Runs sitting.
- three fingers of each hand are easy to press on the upper eyelid;
- after 1-2 seconds, remove the fingers from the century. Repeat 3-4 times. Improves the circulation of intraocular fluid.
