HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOW

Low-calorie dessert that contains just 80 calories per 100 grams, easy to cook by yourself. Except that the sweetness will not harm the figure, it is also insanely delicious!

What products you will need:
- kefir - 1 liter;
- low-fat sour cream - ¾ Cup;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- gelatin - 2 tbsp. l;
- water - 2 glasses;
- vanilla sugar - ½ bag.

Method of preparation:
1) soak Gelatine in warm water for 30-40 minutes, then on low heat, stirring constantly, bring to boil, remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
2) Yogurt, sour cream, plain and vanilla sugar mix and beat with a whisk or electric mixer for 5-6 minutes. Then, continuing to whisk, in a thin stream to enter the gelatin and beat for another 4-5 minutes.
3) the resulting mass shift in shape and put in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. After solidification of the dessert marshmallows should be cut into pieces a La carte-wedges. Instead of a knife you can use regular cookie cutters.

Marshmallows at home goes well with chopped nuts and berries favorite preserves. However, such a delicious addition to the dessert will add additional calories.
