HOW TO GET RID OF REDNESS AND EYE FATIGUE.

After working at the computer, prolonged exposure to the sun, in the subway and traffic jams, not infrequently our tired eyes and blush. A good way to get rid of fatigue and redness this lotion for eyes concoctions of various herbs, such as chamomile, Linden, cornflower and black tea.
The main rule: for infusion of herbs lotions and face wash should be warm, at room temperature.

BLACK TEA
1 tsp. pour 50 ml of boiling water. Leave for about 20 minutes. Take cotton pads, soak them in tea and put on closed eyelids for 1-2 minutes, then change the cotton pads with the new ones. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times.

DAISY
2 tsp. chamomile flowers or 1-2 sachet, pour 1 Cup boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes. Soak cotton pads in the infusion and apply to closed eyelids for 5 minutes.

CORNFLOWER BLUE
2-3 tbsp of cornflower blue flowers pour 1 Cup boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes.
After the procedure, wash with cool water and apply eye cream. This infusion rinse the eyes, and to make lotions for the eyes for 10-20 minutes, it is good to combine with masks for faces.

After any lotions splash some water on your eyelids with cool water and apply eye cream.
