Nutritious vegetable salad with tuna

Ingredients:
2 fresh cucumber
4 tomatoes
1 Bank of canned or boiled beans (250 g)
1 can of tuna in its own juice
1 small sweet onion blue
The juice of half a lemon
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt, pepper, Italian herbs to taste
Optionally, you can add sweet peppers and black olives, pitted

Preparation:
1. Cucumbers wash, halve and cut into slices. Tomatoes also wash and cut in half if they are small in size, or 4 pieces if they are large.
2. With canned beans, drain the liquid and place it in a salad bowl. On top of the beans place the sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
3. Tuna meat smash with a fork into large pieces and place on top of vegetables. Decorate the salad roughly chopped sweet onion.
4. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
5. Add some herbs to taste.
