Oat muffins

Ingredients:
Cereal - 220 g
Milk 1% - 245 g
Eggs - 1 piece
Walnuts - 45 g
Raisins - 45 g
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sweetener - to taste

Preparation:
First, mix rolled oats (it is advisable to take small meals and quick cooking) with milk. Set aside. Walnuts slightly crushed: folded in plastic bag and rolled with a rolling pin. To oatmeal with milk add sweetener, salt (about half a teaspoon), washed raisins, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, butter and egg. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.
