1st day: 2-3 eggs; fruits and raw vegetables in any quantity

Day 3: fruits and raw vegetables any quantity, 1 litre of kefir and 1 litre fruit juice
4-th day: 500 g chicken breast or fish, 1 liter of yogurt
Day 5: fruits and raw vegetables in any quantity
6th day: 400-500 g of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream; 1 liter of yogurt
Day 7: fruits and raw vegetables in unlimited quantities
8th day: 300 g chicken, 1 egg, salad vegetables in any quantity
9th day: the fruits in any quantity, 150 g beef, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in unlimited quantities
10th day: 150 g fish, 2 slices rye bread, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in amount of 0.5 liters of yogurt
11th day: 2 eggs, 150 g of beef, 4 pieces of rye bread, salad of vegetables, 0.5 liters of yogurt
12 day: 1 liter of yogurt, fruit and vegetables as you want
13th day: 300 g chicken, salad vegetables as you want, 2 eggs
Day 14: 4 boiled potatoes, fruits as you like, 1 litre of kefir
On the diet be sure to drink mineral water and green tea.
