PEPPERMINT: THE THERAPEUTIC AND BENEFICIAL PROPERTIES
Medical and healthy properties peppermint is known since ancient times. Mint soothes irritated skin, relieves itching, and fatigue.
In mint contains menthol, which when in contact with skin stimulates the receptors and causes a feeling of coolness. It is also proved that menthol has a mild anesthetic action. Peppermint extract is added to creams and gels for the feet, toothpaste, and also used as an antiseptic component.
- If you are sensitive to UV light: put 5-6 sprigs of mint leaves 1.5 liters of boiling water, insist within an hour, cool and procede. After bathing, splash some water on all body mint infusion. Do not dry off with a towel - wait until dry.
