The mask of mustard and yeast that stimulate the growth of hair.
This mask stimulates hair growth, strengthens them, removes the problem with the oiliness of the hair and gives volume and thickness to hair.
Ingredients:
Mustard powder 1 tbsp
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Yogurt or sour milk 2 tbsp.
- Sugar ½ tsp
Honey 1 tsp.
Method of application:
To start, dissolve the yeast and sugar in water or yogurt (definitely better yogurt), wait until they ferment (20-30 minutes in a warm place), and then add the mustard and honey. Mustard stimulates the blood flow to the hair follicles, and with it nutrients and oxygen, and thanks to the honey, the hair becomes smooth, shiny and silky.
Apply the mask from roots, we will continue (depending on hair type) along the entire length.
Keep about an hour under plastic wrap and a warm towel. Rinse, apply shampoo, warm water.
