1) Slices of zucchini in batter
INGREDIENTS:
- Zucchini - 2-3 Pieces
- Flour - ½ Cup
- Pepper - ¼ teaspoons
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1 Cup
- Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
1. Zucchini cut into slices.
2. Spread on a wide bowl: eggs, flour, pepper and breadcrumbs.
3. Dip the zucchini in the flour, then in egg and in bread crumbs.
4. Fry in oil on both sides.
5. Serve with sauce.
2) Squash sticks in a cheese breading
INGREDIENTS:
- Zucchini - 2-3 Pieces
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Parmesan - 100 Grams
- Bread crumbs - 1 Cup
- Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Spices to taste (black pepper, Provencal herbs, dried garlic)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
1. First, we rinse the zucchini under running water, wipe them dry and cut the ends on both sides.
2. Next cut zucchini bars with a width of 1.5 cm
3. Now in one bowl whisk the eggs, and in another mix the breadcrumbs, spices, salt and grated on a fine grater cheese.
4. After that, we dip the zucchini sticks in egg mixture, then drop them into the dry mixture.
5. Spread zucchini on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and greased with butter, on top of the sticks also sprinkle with olive oil. Our appetizers bake 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees, then served it on the table.
3) Diet zucchini fritters
INGREDIENTS:
- Zucchini - 350 grams
- Sweet pepper - 50 g
- Flour - 50 g
- Egg - 1 PC.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
PREPARATION:
1. Peel and grate zucchini.
2. Chop the herbs and add to the zucchini.
3. There also send the egg.
4. Add the finely chopped pepper.
5. Skip through the press garlic and add to the dough along with the flour and spices.
6. Stir and fry pancakes in a well heated pan on both sides until cooked.
4) Stew of squash and zucchini
INGREDIENTS:
- Zucchini - 500 g
- Pattison - 250 g
- Cabbage - 300-400 g
- Onion - 1 PC.
- Carrots - 1 PC.
- Red tomatoes - 5 PCs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Sol - 1 tsp
- Dill - 30 g
PREPARATION:
1. Zucchini and Pattison clean and cut.
2. Cabbage finely chopped, fry in a deep dish.
3. Add zucchini and Pattison.
4. In a separate pan saute the onion and carrots.
5. After 15 minutes, sautéing zucchini and cabbage, add grated tomatoes or the tomato paste.
6. After 5 minutes, add fried onions and carrots and garlic.
7. Be sure to add seasoning. Stir and let stew under the lid for 15 minutes over low heat.
5) Zucchini stuffed with minced meat in batter
INGREDIENTS:
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Zucchini - 1 PC.
- Egg - 2 PCs.
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
1. Cut the zucchini circles.
2. Remove the peel and pith.
3. Rings zucchini tightly filled with stuffing.
4. For the batter mix the milk with the eggs and salt. Sprinkle the flour separately.
5. Roll each slice in flour, then dip in the batter.
6. Fry in a hot pan until the meat is cooked, approximately 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
