CARROT PUDDING

Carrot casserole - a great alternative to other dishes of carrots, this vegetable if not liking children or other members of your family.

Ingredients

500 g carrots, fresh

4 eggs

for 4 tbsp of sugar and semolina

2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

½ Teaspoon baking powder/slaked vinegar soda

How to prepare carrot casserole:
