Baked fish in a fur coat scrambled

Ingredients:
500 g lean fish fillets (Pollock, cod, salmon);
5 eggs;
¼ Cup crushed walnuts;
3 tsp lemon juice;
salt, pepper, greens to taste.

Preparation:
1. Fish fillet cut into pieces of 5-7 cm, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, leave to marinate for 10-30 minutes.
2. To choose the form with high sides, lightly brush with olive oil.
3. To put it in the fish and place in oven for 10 min.
4. Beat eggs until frothy, add salt and pepper, optionally add ground nuts and herbs. The resulting mixture pour the fish.
5. Put the baking pan in the oven for 10-15 min until then, until the omelette is browned until Golden brown. During baking the omelet may rise. In this case, you need to pierce it with a fork or knife.
