��Salmon with oranges��

Useful meat salmon, soaked in a citrus flavor - the perfect lunch.
✔ Ingredients:
- Salmon 200 g
- Orange 1 EA.
- Yoghurt 50 g
- 1 tbsp honey
- Mustard 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp
- Spices 5 g
- Ground pepper 5 g
✔ Preparation:
1. Cut and wash the fish.
2. Cover the pan with foil.
3. Take an orange, peel and cut into 6 circles. Spread on a baking sheet in 2 rows of 3 circles (for two pieces of fish).
4. On the oranges put the salmon.
5. Mix ingredients: mustard, honey, yogurt (classic - no additives, no sugar), soy sauce. And cover with this mixture the fish.
6. Next, sprinkle the fish with spices, for example, “herbes de Provence and pepper, for example, a mixture of peppers.
7. Put in a preheated 200 ° oven for 10 minutes.
8. Served with Cabbage salad with carrot
