10 succulent recipes for the treatment of high blood pressure

Long known about the healing properties of vegetable and other juices that improve health, lower blood pressure, calm the nervous system and restore sleep.

1. Potato juice.
Tuber medium size thoroughly cleaned with a brush under running water. Grate with the peel on a small grater, squeeze the juice and drink on an empty stomach with sediment.

2. Cook 1 Cup carrot juice, ½ Cup celery 3 tbsp. parsley juice and 1 tablespoon of spinach juice, mix well. Take 3-4 times a day.

3. Cook 1 Cup of carrot juice, 2/3 Cup of beet, and the same cucumber, mix well. Take 3 times a day for 25-30 minutes before eating.

4. 1 Cup of carrot juice mixed with 2/3 Cup spinach juice. Accept 3 times a day.

5. 2 cups of beet juice mixed with 1 Cup honey. Take 2 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day before meals.

6. 4 of the potato tuber and 1 beets thoroughly washed, cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater. The juice extracted. Incomplete take 1 Cup in the morning before eating.

7. Cook 1 Cup beet or carrot juice, add 1 teaspoon of garlic juice, mix well. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day before meals.

8. Take 2 stalks of celery and 1 bunch of parsley, grind in a blender or grinder, squeeze the juice. 4 carrots and 1 clove of garlic, peel, grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. All mix and take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.

9. Tomato juice, prepared at home, take 1 glass 3 times per day, 30 minutes before meals.

10. Clean 1 large onion, grate on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals, mixed with a small amount of honey. This tool is contraindicated in those who have liver problems or pancreas.
