Milk - 1.5 liter.

How to cook:
1. Yogurt starts with milk, which you need to boil, boil for 5 minutes, cooling to 45 °. If you do not have a thermometer at home, can it be done on eyes, to do this, dip in the milk a little finger, if you are not hot for 10 seconds, then milk the right temperature. You will need to add the yogurt starter or 5-6 tablespoons of live yogurt, mix well.
2. It’s warm milk, pour into a thermos (pre-heated with boiling water), close the thermos and put in 6 hours, so it had not been touched. If you don’t have thermos, will fit other warm place.
3. After 6-7 hours, the yoghurt is poured from a thermos or vessel, with a whisk or electric mixer to whip until smooth and put at least a few hours in the fridge to cool yogurt.
To use yogurt in different ways - with fruit, berries, to use in a salad, etc.
