Chocolate oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:
Oat flakes - 200 g
Water - 70 ml
Raisins and other dried fruit - 60 g
Protein - 2.
The Apple - 1 PC.
Cocoa powder - 2-3 tsp
Coconut - to taste and optional

Preparation:
1. Half of oat flakes grind in a blender (coffee grinder) and add water to make a thick mass.
2. Add the raisins, candied fruit, coconut, cocoa powder.
3. Apple grate.
4. Mix all of the components.
5. The form lay with baking paper.
6. Tea spoon to take the dough, form balls (it is better to slightly moisten hands with water), flatten and put into a form or on a baking sheet.
7. Bake for 20 minutes at 200*C.
You can add a little water to the bottom of the pan so the cookie wasn’t too dry. But if you love crunch, then this procedure can be omitted.
