Chicken

Fish
As for fish, it is better to buy fresh live fish in large supermarkets, where the quality is still somehow watching. Markets and small shops to buy fresh fish is not the best option.

When choosing a fillet or cut into pieces of fish you need to look at the quality of the meat. It should have a healthy appearance. If the edges are darkened or weathered, then let the seller himself eating such fish.

Eggs

Dairy products
Choose quality products from the milk more difficult, but you can try. I have said many times, madly in love with milk, but eat it sparingly because it can mask fat loss due to water retention. Better to abstain completely from fatty and low-fat milk. The first contains saturated fats, the second is offset by something else. For example, low-fat cottage cheese may contain starch.
