Recipes of eternal youth.

If you don’t need to premature aging, follow one of these recipes.

1. Mix 1H. spoon spicy red pepper, 500 grams of butter and 200 g of honey.

Take 4-5 times a day for 1st. spoon until then, until the cooked portion is not over. To repeat courses at intervals of not less than 3 months.

2. Mix crushed garlic 300g and 500g grated onion, pour 1.8 liters of Apple cider vinegar.

Insist in a dark warm place in a sealed container for a day, periodically shaking the contents.

Heat on low heat 1 kg of honey, constantly removing the foam, remove from heat, cool to room temperature and pour in the honey garlic with the onions, stir to obtain a homogeneous mass.

Insist week in a dark place, stirring occasionally, after which the contents pass through a sieve. Store in a cool dark place in a tightly sealed container.

Take daily 1 tbsp. spoon 4 times a day.
