WHY CAN NOT BOIL WATER TWICE?

Water literally is the source of life, accounting for 80 % of our body (in babies - 90%), so its quality should apply the most stringent requirements.

Unfortunately, the water that enters our houses through a system of pipes, contains not only useful properties, but is composed of elements chlorine, various heavy compounds and contaminants, which even modern filters don’t always handle it. Underground and spring water, according to experts, in present conditions of soil contamination does not guarantee that squeaky clean, which they were famous.

One of the main methods of disinfection and improve the quality of consumed water was still boiling, in which multiple bacteria are killed, the chlorine content decreases, water becomes softer. But…. Numerous studies boiled water showed that heavy metals do not disappear with this method of water treatment, and some particles of chlorine can come into contact with other elements and turn into very harmful substances.

If the same water to boil several times, often practiced especially in offices and factories at lunchtime, the concentration of such dangerous for the body connections increases each time, while the share of useful oxygen compounds are reduced to minimum. In other words, water is “alive” and useful (even relatively) turns into “dead” and harmful.
