The easiest way to improve your health with a help of massage is effect on biologically active points located on the feet. These points represent a kind of projection of internal organs. Pressing on these points, we activate all systems of the body.
To begin massage follows with warm-up: feet are turned inwards feet, pressed to the couch and for a few seconds then locked in this position.
