Curd pie.
Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g of margarine
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ Teaspoon lemon zest
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
filling:
- 3 egg whites
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ Teaspoon lemon zest
- 4 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons semolina
Preparation:
1. Dough: Mix all the ingredients for the dough until smooth.
2. Filling: whisk the Whites until stable peaks. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla and zest until smooth. Add the flour, stir and carefully enter proteins.
3. Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll.
4. One half lay on the bottom of the prepared pie pans, filling out the sides.
5. Put the stuffing and close the second layer of dough.
6. Bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes until Golden brown.
