� Mackerel in the oven: a perfect fish dinner �

It turns out perfectly balanced: mackerel provides enough protein and healthy fats, and vegetables will add vitamins and fiber. And most importantly: all this vkusnatischu you can eat even at the late dinner!

Ingredients:

- mackerel 300 g
- 1 onion big PCs.
carrots large 1 PC.
tomato large 1 PC.
- lemons ½ PCs.
- salt, spices to taste

Preparation:

Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Blanch tomato and remove skin, cut into cubes.
Onion peel and cut into half rings.
Mix all the vegetables together.
You can use other vegetables for baking with mackerel. For example: sweet pepper or celery stalk, green beans or green peas. According to your desire.
Thawed the fish, clean and gut. Head and tail can be left and can be removed. Again rinse, dry.
Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and smear the juice to the fish inside. Season with salt (or without salt) and sprinkle with seasonings to taste.
Let the fish sit for about 20 minutes for impregnation and spices.
Part of the prepared vegetables put into the abdomen.
The rest of the vegetables put on the bottom of the package (sleeve) for baking. Lay on top of the mackerel. Tie the end of the packet.
Baked mackerel with vegetables for 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Serve it with vegetables.
