Fasting Breakfast

Fasting Breakfast. Cocktail bran and prunes.

Take on the wall, not to lose.

Ingredients:
- a large glass of kefir 1% fat (about 300 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of loose bran
- 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 5-7 pieces of prunes (better fleshy, not dried)
about 50 ml of boiling water (to steam the prunes)

Preparation:
1. Boil some water and pour the prunes in a small container, allow to steam for 5 minutes. For this cocktail, try to find prunes so meaty that even without steaming, it is pretty soft. Believe me, it really affects the taste!
2.Pour a glass of kefir and add to it 2 tablespoons of bran. Bran can be rye, wheat, oat, buckwheat is not important.
3. Add a tablespoon of Flaxseed meal.
4. We pour a teaspoon of cocoa powder. It’s real cocoa powder, not soluble beverage with sugar and other additives!
5. Stir so all the ingredients become friends, to avoid lumps. Now swollen prunes with a little water grind in a blender into a puree. You can certainly chop, but the consistency of mashed potatoes softer, nicer.
6. Add the prunes to the kefir mixture, stir.
7. Put the cocktail for 5 minutes in the refrigerator. Now the drink is still a little watery, but for a few minutes will swell the bran, a cocktail will be so nice thick, rich.
8. But now is the time to treat yourself. Slowly, the spoon, with pleasure. It’s nice to eat yummy and the correct, healthy food, and even nicer to feel easy and full of energy.

If desired, you can add dried apricots.
