Desirable body for 2 weeks��

�� 1 day: 2-3 eggs; fruits and raw vegetables in any quantity
�� Day 2: 450-550 g of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream; 1 liter of yogurt
�� Day 3: fruits and raw vegetables any quantity, 1 litre of kefir and 1 litre fruit juice

�� 4-th day: 500 g chicken breast or fish, 1 liter of yogurt
�� 5th day: fruits and raw vegetables in any quantity
�� 6th day: 400-500 g of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream; 1 liter of yogurt
�� Day 7: fruits and raw vegetables in unlimited quantities
�� 8th day: 300 g chicken, 1 egg, salad vegetables in any quantity
�� 9th day: fruit in any quantity, 150 g beef, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in unlimited quantities
�� 10 days: 150 g fish, 2 slices rye bread, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil in amount of 0.5 liters of yogurt
�� 11th day: 2 eggs, 150 g of beef, 4 pieces of rye bread, salad of vegetables, 0.5 liters of yogurt
�� 12-th day: 1 liter of yogurt, fruit and vegetables as you want
�� 13-St day: 300 g chicken, salad vegetables as you want , 2 eggs
�� 14th day: 4 boiled potatoes, fruits as you like, 1 litre of kefir

On the diet be sure to drink mineral water and green tea.
