Important: at this stage do not boil!

Put jam on fire the third time, bring to the boil and boil 40 minutes. During boiling, the syrup becomes amber, tart taste, and the buds are soft. The finished product is removed from the fire and close to the banks. Ready to eat jam better between meals.
