Filler pie with salmon

Ingredients:
Dough:
- 2 eggs
- 250 g sour cream 10% (or natural yogurt)
- 200 gr flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- salt, spices - to taste
- olive oil for greasing the form

Filling :
350 g salmon or trout (fillet)
- 100 g leeks
- parsley - a few sprigs
- salt, spices - to taste
- 100 g low-fat cheese (mozzarella, feta cheese or Suluguni)

Preparation:
1) Fish cut into cubes or thin slices, season with salt or sprinkle with seasoning for fish. Finely chop the onions, chop the parsley finely. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
2) RUB the Eggs with salt, add sour cream, to whisk, add baking powder and flour, continuing to whisk. Batter will be quite liquid, almost like pancakes.
3) ½ dough pour in greased with butter the form, put the batter on fish, onion and parsley, and top with grated cheese. Cover with all remaining dough.
4) Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
