1. Anise - the fruit useful to add to tea as soon as you have an unpleasant rough feeling in the throat. This tea can be taken if the cough has already started - will heal much faster.

2. Jasmine - it helps to cope with General prostration and symptoms of chronic fatigue, raise low blood pressure and stimulates appetite.

3. Ginger - ginger root can be rubbed on a grater and pour boiling water or add slices directly in the brew. It perfectly warms and invigorates, activates the metabolism.

4. Calendula flowers and marigold seeds have antibacterial action that may help with the flu or colds.

5. Lavender. Has sedative and antispasmodic agent. This tea will have a simply magical effect for insomnia and nervousness.

6. Peppermint - its sweet-scented leaves can soothe and relax in the evening. Peppermint helps with indigestion, when critical temperature or heat during a cold or flu. Mint will remove irritation and reduce the cough in bronchitis.
