Very useful mayonnaise! Linseed

We no longer buy mayonnaise in stores. There he filled with so many nasty ingredients that I get a headache when I think about it. Much easier to not be lazy and make your own mayonnaise and forget about all these food dyes, artificial flavors, preservatives, etc….

Usually mayonnaise is based on eggs and mustard, but some of our friends avoid the use of eggs, so we found a vegan mayonnaise recipe on the basis of linseed flour. Linseed we do a lot of different things: linseed oil, linseed porridge and even add the pulp into the bread, it turns out very tasty.
Mayonnaise from flax flour.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal
60 ml water
125 ml vegetable oil;
1-2 tsp. mustard;
2 tbsp lemon juice;
salt and sugar to taste.
The process of making mayonnaise from flax flour.
1. In flax flour, pour water and heat. Stir constantly until thickens.
2. Leave to cool until it reaches room temperature or close to it.
3. Add a little sugar and salt, and whisk in a blender, gradually pouring in the oil.
Try not to add more than a tablespoon of butter for 1 time.
4. When the mixture will become the texture of mayonnaise, add lemon juice, mustard, salt and sugar to taste.
5. Flaxseed mayonnaise is ready. In color it is slightly darker than the store, but much tastier.
Use it in dishes as you would any other mayonnaise!
