Every day for one mask during the week. A set of masks is carried out 1 time per month.
1. Cleansing
Mix: 1tbsp.l. finely grated fresh carrots, 1st.l. semolina 1 tbsp vegetable oil. It is easy to RUB into skin, leave on for 20 min.. Rinse with warm, then cold water. (A General rule for all masks.) Apply a nourishing cream.
2. Nutritional
To grind: 2 tbsp cottage cheese with 1 tbsp milk and 1 hour.l. honey. Apply to clean skin. The cream is not necessary.
3.Moisturizing
The pulp of any fruit and vegetables ( in season) to stretch and apply to clean skin. After apply the cream.
4. Anti-aging
Mix: 1 egg yolk, 1 hour.l. lemon juice, 1ch.l. castor oil. Soak this cloth composition for masks or a piece of gauze, put on face,cover it with warm towel. After 20 minutes, wash with warm milk. The cream is not necessary.
5. To improve complexion
A clay mask + 1H.l. honey and 1tbsp.l. cream.
6. Whitening.
Mix salt and sour cream in proportion 1:1, it is easy to RUB into the skin of the face and neck, rinse. The cream is not necessary.
7. Tightening
Beat: 1 egg white, add 1H.l. honey, 1 tbsp. of cream, thicken with flour to the dough consistency for pancakes. Apply for 20-30 minutes until you feel tightening. Rinse.
