The extension of the back lying down is a simple basic exercise, which is widely used in medicine and sports training. Thanks to it you can finally get rid of slouching and discomfort in the spine, but will acquire a perfect posture. This is especially true for those who lead a sedentary lifestyle and spends a lot of time in the office.
Original position. Lie on your stomach and place your forehead on the Mat. Extend your arms at your sides and press your palms to the hips. Straighten your elbows. Legs are brought, socks slightly drawn.
Exhale. Consistently raise your head, chest and upper abdomen off the Mat, keeping the position of the feet and hands.
Breath. Slowly lower torso and head to the starting position. Repeat the straightening of the back while lying on the stomach 10 times.
Performing this exercise just 3 times a week, you will strengthen the muscles of spine, abdomen and buttocks. All this will positively affect the internal organs, and you will feel much better.
