Do anti-aging mask for face 2-3 times a week.
1. Mask from oat flakes
3-4 tablespoons of cereal pour hot milk or cream. The resulting mass apply on face. Hold for 15-20 minutes. Wash away with warm water. This mask will help to soften dry, chapped and rough skin.
2. Yogurt mask
For the procedure you will need 100-200 ml fat yogurt (yogurt or sour cream). For 15-20 minutes a few times lubricate the face of your chosen dairy product. Then wash your face with warm water.
Note: if you have chosen the high fat sour cream or cream, apply it on the skin 1 time a thick layer and hold for 10-15 minutes.
3. The mask of curd
2 tbsp cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. spoons of carrot juice, 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp. milk (all components must be in the same ratio; if necessary, the serving size can be increase or decrease) are thoroughly mixed and grind. Then apply on the skin thick layer. Hold 15 minutes. Wash away with warm water.
4. Honey mask
2 tablespoons of honey mix with 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, add 2 teaspoons of milk. The mixture was put on face and hold 15-20 minutes.
Consider: mask contraindicated if you are allergic to honey.
5. Bananovaya mask
Mash 1 medium banana, add 1 teaspoon of nourishing cream, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and stir it all up. Apply on face for 15-20 minutes. Wash away with warm water.
