Coconut balls with dried apricots and cinnamon

These balls are simple and quick option for a sweet snack without flour, sugar and milk. You can endlessly change the ingredients, add different spices and seeds, dried berries or cocoa.

The main principle - nuts and seeds should be raw and not fried. Dried fruit is better to choose the most natural, without added sugar and dyes. To make the balls better keep in shape, they can be put into the refrigerator.

(12 balls)

100 grams of not roasted almonds
100 g dried apricots
5 tbsp coconut
1,5 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
a couple of pinches of salt
+ coconut for dusting

In a blender or a food processor grind the almonds first into crumbs, then add coconut and blend again. With a knife finely chop the apricots and put in a blender for nuts. Add cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Again mix everything together in a blender. In the prepared mixture add the honey and stir with a fork. Roll into balls and sprinkle each one in coconut. Dessert is ready!
