1. Massage to perform better in a relaxed way, lying on your back. Put your hands on your stomach. The first 10 times breathe slowly and deeply with your belly. Feel your hands rise and fall.
2. Thumbs lay over the navel. The palm - extend 2 cm outward. Fingers point in the direction of the pubic bone. The right hand perform circular movements in a counterclockwise direction. Repeat 10 times.
3. Then do the same massage with the left hand - circular motion in a circle. The right hand remains in one place without movement. Repeat 10 times.
4. Then both hands make circular movements on the abdominal wall at the same time - against each other. Do this massage for about 2 minutes.
5. Left hand goes down to my belly, thumb rests below the navel. The right hand glides over the abdominal wall using small circular motions counterclockwise, rising to region of stomach, 10 repetitions.
6. Now circular movement makes the right hand (as described in paragraph 5), and the left resting. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
7. Both hands on the belly making circular movements in opposite directions. Repeat this exercise for about 2 minutes.
8. Change the position of the hands, keeping contact with the abdomen. The left hand slides along the skin side up. The right slides down, and then performs a circular motion about 10 times.
9. Now the right hand rests and the fingers clasped. Left hand makes a soft circular motion in the region of the stomach (10 repetitions).
10. Both hands again calmly and symmetrically moving in opposite directions. Finish the massage, her hands resting on the abdomen. Belly breathe deeply and quietly for about 2 minutes.
