Choose one dish from the following options.
7.00 -7.30 1st Breakfast - soaked oatmeal porridge with grated ablecom, cinnamon and honey, soft scrambled eggs with herbs, 2 cheesecakes with yoghurt sauce, with cream cheese, buckwheat porridge with 1 tomato.
9.00- 9.30 2-second Breakfast - any 1 piece of fruit, plain yogurt, 2 eggs, vegetable juice.
11.00-12.00 - time to snack - baked Apple with cottage cheese, a Cup of yogurt, fruit salad, seasonal berries.
13.30-14.30 - lunch - vegetable soup, cream of zucchini soup, vegetarian soup, vegetable stews plus chicken, lettuce mozzarella with tomatoes, any lean meat with vegetables.
16.00-16.30 - snack time - slices of green Apple, strips of cucumber, greens, grapefruit segments, fruit salad, handful of almonds.
18.00-18.45 dinner - boiled squid rings, chicken, Turkey, fish, mussels, shrimp, salads, vegetables, vinaigrette, stew.
A day drink at least 1.5 litres of clean water. Coffee can be no more than one Cup a day, but prefer tea.
