Jam to the liver.

May dandelion - a real doctor! We walk and do not pay attention to it. But in vain, dandelion can cook tasty jam, regenerating liver cells and cleanses the blood.

* Tear 300-400 pieces of yellow dandelion blossoms, pour water so that it completely covered the flowers. Let stand a day.
* The next morning, squeeze the flowers, pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and boil for 15-20 minutes. * Add 1 kg of sugar and 1-2 chopped lemon (with peel), 1 teaspoon of citric acid and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
* When the jam will become the color of honey, remove from heat.
* Allow to cool, strain through cheesecloth, and boil the resulting mass of 1-2 min, cool.

The jam is ready!

* Take in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tbsp. spoon, dissolving in a glass of green tea or tea from milk Thistle.

* Milk Thistle and dandelion act on the body as anti-inflammatory, choleretic, and tonic, cleansing the liver of toxins and radionuclides.

* This jam is also useful for the prevention of bronchitis. Eat at least 2 tablespoons for 1 admission - a wonderful effect!
