Ingredients:
Dough:
2 tbsp oat bran ground into flour
100 ml of warm low-fat milk.
1 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp corn starch
1 egg
½ Teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp olive oil
Salt, stevia to taste
Filling:
100 ml low-fat milk.
1 tsp corn starch
3 tbsp poppy
Stevia to taste
Preparation:
1. All the ingredients for the dough, beat with a blender. To wait for bran to swell.
2. Bake in a nonstick pan on slow-medium heat on both sides.
It turns out 2 large pancake.
