The perfect dinner for losing weight!

Zucchini - 1 PC.
Zucchini - 1 PC.
Carrots - 3 PCs.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Zelezarnica wheat flour - 50 g
Cold water - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Eggs - 3 PCs small
Hard cheese - 150 g
Milk - 300 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves
Prepare the filling. Peel the carrots. Zucchini and squash cut the rind into thin strips, do the same thing with carrots (so the strips were very thin, you can use the slicer, and the carrots can be planed with a vegetable peeler). Strips of vegetables should be the same width, so the strips of squash and zucchini should be cut in half, larger and smaller trim.
And now proceed to the computation of the vegetables. Begin to lay out the vegetables, starting with the edge of the form,
gradually moving to the center, alternating the squash, zucchini and carrots.
Vegetables put in the form, and now prepare the sauce. Lightly beat eggs with a whisk, add the flour, milk and butter and whisk again, then put the chopped garlic, grated on a fine grater cheese, add salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the filling on top of the vegetables, cheese distributed across the surface. Gently pohlopyvaniem form on the surface of the table to fill evenly distributed among the vegetables.
