1. Smoothies of kiwi

Ingredients:

Kiwi - 4 PCs.
Natural yogurt - 250 g
Freshly squeezed orange juice - 0.5 Cup.
Honey - 1 tbsp
Ice - 1 Cup.

Preparation:

1. Ice grind in a blender or with a knife, an ice pick. Sort glasses.
2. Kiwi peel, cut in half. Fold in blender kiwi, orange juice, yogurt and honey. Beat until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses over ice, stir and serve immediately.

2. Tangerine smoothie

Ingredients:

Preparation:

4. Smoothie with avocado and banana

Ingredients:
