- And most IMPORTANTLY… a beautiful body is hard work. Daily routine work, daily hard training, the preparation of wholesome,balanced food, meticulously counting calories, carbs, protein and fats. it is even more difficult morally drying. Cardio in the morning,lack of vitamins,strength, etc. and etc..
IT’S HARD. AND THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT. IF IT WERE EASY,EVERYONE WOULD BE FITNESS MODELS AND BEAUTIFUL HUGE ACADAMY.
DON’T GIVE UP. DO NOT BETRAY MY DREAM. FIGHT WITH YOU. BE BEAUTIFUL AND HEALTHY.
