Banana dessert with kefir

Banana is 1 of the most consumed fruits for desserts. For this recipe the banana is the main ingredient along with yogurt. I think not quite a good combination? Wrong!

Ingredients:
- 300 g of nonfat yogurt
- stevioside to taste
- 2 ripe and soft banana

1. Peel the banana from the peel, spread it in the pan. You need to crush the banana gently with a fork so that it was easily crushed with a mixer or blender.

2. In blender, mix crushed banana, stevioside and pour the yogurt in there. Dessert requires no added sugar and is a very useful product, especially for Breakfast.

3. It was convenient to cut into pieces, pour the resulting mass in a mold and put in the freezer).

Forget for 4 hours about our dish and all, banana dessert with yogurt is ready!

Very tasty and easy! A dessert that will not give You extra weight gain.
